May: Minimum stay 5 Nights =3600 €, 6 Nights = 4300 €, 1 week=4800 €. From 19. May minimum stay = 1 week stay 1 week.
Juny: Minimum stay 1 week = 5200 €
July & August = Minimum stay 1 week = 5500 €, always saturday
September & October: Minimum stay 5 days=3600 €, 6 Nights = 4300 €, 1 week = 4800 €. November on request.
Jede weitere Person 25 € pro Tag oder 150 € die Woche.
In the Pre Season you can also book the half Villa for to be 8 persons. Price on request. In der Vor und Nachsaison, sie können auch nur die halbe Villa mieten bis 8 Personen, Preis auf Anfrage.
200 € for Cleaning, 200 € Bedlinen & Towels & Towels for the Pool,. Energy & Gas & Water is included.
