My life and career have been a journey of transformation and creativity. Each chapter—from the bustling streets of my hometown to the tranquil vineyards of Italy—has shaped my unique approach to hospitality, design, and the resilience of a new beginning.
Born in East Berlin, I was driven by a spirit of ambition and a dedication to excellence. My professional path began with a solid foundation as a certified Hotel Specialist and Marketing Specialist
My career took flight on the German North Sea coast in Butjadingen as Irina Gleich. As an Event Manager, I specialized also in large-scale international projects, most notably the renowned Sand Art Festival in Tossens. Orchestrating an event of this magnitude—hosting up to 100,000 guests and coordinating international artists—honed my expertise in logistics, high-pressure management, and strategic marketing.
Seeking to refine my skills in a country known for world-class service, I moved to Switzerland. For the first several years, I worked within the Swiss hotel industry, deepening my understanding of premium guest relations.
In 2012, I turned my passion for aesthetics into a business by founding Villa "Landliebe". This boutique store specialized in Romantic-style furniture and home decor, where I offered professional interior design consulting. To complete the experience, I integrated a charming café within the store, serving traditional German cake specialties—creating a beloved community hub where style and hospitality met.
Life sometimes brings us to profound and painful crossroads. Following the tragic loss of my son in December 2014, I felt the need for a deep, personal transformation. Leaving my established life behind was an act of courage and a search for a new sense of peace. It was a time of reflection that eventually led me to the sun-drenched landscapes of Southern Europe.
In 2016, I found my sanctuary in the rolling hills of Piedmont, Italy. Today, as Irina Lippuner, I have poured all my strength, my professional expertise from the North Sea, and my aesthetic soul from Switzerland into Villa Piemonte.
Here, I combine my dual background in hotel management and marketing with a refined eye for design. For me, being a host is about more than just providing a room—it is about sharing the beauty of life, the tranquility of the vineyards, and the warmth of a place that represents a true new beginning. I invite my guests to experience this sanctuary I have built with love and resilience.
The Villa "Piemonte" in Tigliole, is situated on hilltop with a splendid view over the hilltop of the typical landscape of Piemonte with its wineyards, ancient villages and some old castles dated back to the middle Ages. The guesthouse was opened in May 2016, transformed out an farmers farmhouse. It shows in romatic style and is designed with lot of Love to the details. The Vila have Air condition, a heating and Fly Screens . The Area is designed for Relaxion includes a garden with 4500 m2. A privat Infinty Pool with Salwater and a Whilrpool. And a sun-terrace with the beloning equipment. In the courtyard you will find a BBQ Area with the summer kitchen with place to eat and also in the courtyard you have place to eat outside. Gentle hills alternate with valleys to creat landscapes of unique beauty and vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see to provide a kaleidoskop of shades and tones. While the hills offer wonderfull landscapes, the varios reserves have own beauty. Such as the Rochetta Tanaro Natural Park, the special Natural Reserve of the Andona, Botto and Grande Valleys. And the Unique WWF Oasis of Forteto della Luja. Which includes a beautiful stretch of the Langa. Lying on the banks of the Luja Stream. Within this stunning natural scenery lie towns of Medieval Origns. Such as Canelli, Nizza Monferrato and San Daminao d 'Asti. Or small but evocative Medieval borgoes in the hills, like Moncalvo, Roccaverano and Costigliole. Along the ancient via Francigena, it is still possible to see wonderful Medieval parish Churches and Abbeys, while the Monumets of Asti Historic center testify to the golden age of Asti.
